IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING CLINICAL CREDENTIALING OFFICE

The clinical credentialing office is undergoing major changes. Jeff Johnson no longer works for the FSMFN. Mandy Reichert, Director of Clinical Credentialing has interviewed many qualified candidates for the position of credentialing coordinator and will be hiring 2 new coordinators within the next 2 weeks and one additional temporary person to help alleviate the backlog. The credentialing office will be moving to our Lexington location in the near future. We appreciate your patience as we strive to improve the services of the credentialing office. We want to thank Sonya Roark and Katie Moses and the rest of the Hyden staff for their work on clinical files during this transition time.

CLINICAL BOUND STUDENTS:

Please note that the PC628 Course has been changed and the health history portion will be done in Hyden instead of as a video tape. Please refer to the ANGEL PC628 course for further details.
